My heater blows cold, even when I switch the temperature back and forth there is no change. I have checked the coolant and the hoses going to the heater core are both hot. So I wanted to know if it could be one of the actuators and if so which one and where is it located?

Hello,

Yep, it sounds like the temperature blend door actuator is having an issue. Here is a guide to help walk you through the repair you with the actuator location for your car below:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/replace-blend-door-motor

1 - HVAC Module
2 - Mode Actuator
3 - Air Temperature Actuator - Right
4 - Re-circulation Actuator
5 - Blower Motor
6 - Blower Motor Control Module
7 - Air Temperature Actuator - Left

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Cheers, Ken
