Car does not change the temperature of the air hot to cold

Hello, this car won't change the temperature of the air hot to cold. I have replaced the plenum door actuator. I plugged it in and turned on the car and the shaft turned a bit but when I adjusted the knob it didn't move. So I replaced the control switch but still the actuator does not move when the temperature is adjusted. Now where do I look?

It sounds like the control module has gone out. Here is the instructions in the diagrams below so you can see what's going on. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
