Heater not blowing hot air

Heater does not blow hot, barely warm. Hot hoses going into core. It has been bled, actuator working.

With this type of problem, either it's low on coolant, the heater core is plugged, or the blend door isn't operating. First, you mentioned the heater core hose is hot. Are both hot or only the supply?

If nothing there helps, confirm the following:

Coolant is full
Both supply and return heater core hoses are hot
Blend air door actuator is working.
Does it have automatic or manual temperature control
