If you turn on the H and C light comes on and then will go off in 30 seconds to a minute. The passenger seat both heat and cool are working fine.
Is there just one control module? Under the passenger seat? Could not find one under drives seat. What other possible things could be wrong with it? We did not mess with it for a few months and I turned it on and you could feel the air coming out of the seat but it only lasted for 5 minutes at the most and then the light went out on the switch. Thank you for any info

The fact that the light turns on and then off, shows that the control module is shutting it off because it is either seeing an issue to turn it off or the control module is the issue.

The problem with this is there is not only a control module for both sides but for the lower and upper seat cushion. Also there is an ultimate control module called the dual climate controlled seat module.

What needs to happen at this point is to check for codes and see if there is an issue that could cause the system to shut off. If not, then we need to use a scan tool to monitor the DCSM to see what the seat status is when this is happening. If the module is commanding them on but they are shutting off then clearly the module is the issue. Since both the seat and back cushion shut off, I suspect the DCSM is the cause but let's start here and from there. Thanks
