Blend doors went bad on passenger side took them out to replace them unfortunately never got around to putting new ones in yet. I have no heat whatsoever even replaced thermostat. Is it because I have no blend doors or should my driver side still blow heat? Is there a simple rigging I can do for now to get heat?

Just to be sure, you removed the blend door from the passenger side and now have no heat on either the driver or passenger side?

If that is the case then we need to reinstall the blend door in order to get this functioning again.

If we don't have that installed then the door in the unit will just hang there and no route the air over the heater core like it needs to in order for it to get hot.

To test this, get the vehicle hot and then move the door with you finger. You should be able to feel where the actuator goes into the door that there is knob that you can twist. Once you twist it one way, it should be cold and the other will be hot.
