First off when it was cold cold air came out for heat then when it got hot no air is coming out replaced motor fuses relay climate control and heater regulator when I hooked it up to the battery the motor came on what would keep heat and air from working

If the blower motor is working and you cant change between heat and cool, it sounds like the blend air door is stuck or broken. It is located near the heater core and based on its position, allow air to either flow past the heater core or the AC. Check that and let me know what you find.
