1989 Mercedes Benz 300se Bower fan

The blower fan for the heat and ac stoped working a few days ago I still get heat and ac but no fan is tere a thermo cuopler in the motor that tells the fan to turn on when it heats up or do you think the fan is bad and can you tell me were it is? Thanks Fred

Lets start with the blower motor see pic below for location when you access the pig tail of the motor power the red wire from the battery positive post and see if it comes on-let me know, we still got more complicated stuffs to dig in

Blower is fine when I hook a ground wire too blue wire on motor and key is on. Any other ideas?
