Climate control no heat

I replaced blend door actuator and climate control no heat. I did not see blend door actuator move. Do I have a fuse out and if so can climate control still work?

Hi,

I attached a picture below of the fuse panel in the vehicle. I highlighted the fuse to check. Do that and let me know what you find.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
