No Heat

I can get semi-warm air through the vents. We have changed the thermostat's and are bleeding out the radiator system. When we switch it to defrost the air instantly is cold no matter what temperature you have a car set on.

It sounds like you have a blend door actuator that has gone out.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
