My passenger side low beam stopped working out of the blue. My bulbs would short out in it really quick prior to shutting down on me for good. It is not the bulb or fuses because I changed every single fuse in my car. My interior headlamps will not work nor my locks. What could be the issue? I took it to some auto electric shop with one light out came out of his shop now both lights do not work. He tells me he cannot find what is wrong and I would have to take it to the dealer. I think it is an easy way of saying I do not know anything. Help! I need to get this repaired as I need to be able to drive at night.

Hello,

You are losing power somewhere there are relays that need to be checked and you can use a test light to see if you have power or not at key points in the circuit.

Here are two guides to help us run some test to see whats going on:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-an-electrical-relay-and-wiring-control-circuit

and

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-a-test-light-circuit-tester

Here is the headlight wiring diagram, let me know if you need a larger version of the diagram, on mobile you can expand it.

Check out the diagrams (below).

Please run some tests and get back to us.

Cheers, Ken
