Headlights not working

I have just replaced my headlight bulbs. I start my car and the headlights flash on and then back off and a dipped beam headlight code comes up on my dash. How do I go about fixing this?

Okay, can you please use your cell phone to take a screen shot of the dipped headlight code on your instrument display and upload here? This way we can diagnose the problem. Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros. Happy Holidays.
