Headlights flashing?

The headlights flash when the car is on for about three minutes. It also flashes when I start up the car but I do not know for how long. The theft alarm is also on, but I disconnected the horn. The car is still drivable. I ordered a key fob for it, but it didn't sync for me. I currently have it in the shop and they said before I left that it might be a computer issue. Just need suggestions and advice just in case they can't figure it out. They said they couldn't even hook to there tester. So I don't even know if they even bothered by trying.

This will happen when the front ECU goes bad, here is the location so you can swap it out to help fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Original 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse Galant Front ECU Relay Unit Computer MR563000. Would this work for my gts model? It has the same part number and everything.

Yes, if it is pre-programed, but I might have jumped the gun a little we should check all fuses in the system. Here is a guide to help:

Check the fuses with the key on. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.
