drivers side headlight out. Tested leads of headlight on battery and it functions. I connect it to the wiring and nothing. I have tried all combinations of the 3 wires as they are color coded differently than the other side and nothing. Next step?

Hi kanakanaka77,

Are both the high and low beams of the headlights out?
Were the fuses checked?
Do you have battery voltage at the White/Red wire when low beams are used?

Hi there,
thanks for the response

only one headlight is out
both high and low not functioning
fuses- I thought there was only one for both headlights?
Can't get voltage from said wire. What voltage should I be getting as I can't find it online?
Sorry, just learning the ropes.
Thanks again

There are 4 fuses for the headlights, one each for right and left and high low.

You should be getting battery voltage when headlights are turned on.

In engine compartment fuse box,
Fuse # 11 is for Right Low beam
Fuse # 6 is for Right high beam.

Both are 10 A fuses.
