I have the truck listed above and I have swapped over to LED headlights. I used the wiring harness that has the 2 relays in it, plugging the passenger side into the existing plug and the two plugs from the new wiring harness into the new lights. When I turn the lights on, they're either stuck on dim or stuck on hi beam. If I plug one of the old lights into the existing plug on the drivers side, it can fluctuate it from low beam to hi beam like it's suppose to do, but there's a third headlight involved then. Am I suppose to have a resistor or something else plugged into the existing plug on the drivers side? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm Danny.

What brand lights are they? They wouldn't be Cougar Motor are they? Are they plug-n-play? Let me know and I'll help you fix the problem. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

I have the rigid industries truck lights. Yes, they are plug and play and I also put the wiring harness on it with the 2 relays in it.

Hello again.

Does your truck have DRL (daytime running light) option? I would check the grounds first to see if they are providing a good connection. It sounds like there might be an internal ballast-resistor issue. Have you tried a good Halogen upgrade? I hear they work better for your truck.I will get back to you after hearing from Rigid directly. Thanks again for using 2CarPros.

Hello again.

I attached a picture that you provided in an earlier post that states "To vehicle lighting harness". This was from the wiring diagram provided to you that you've attached. I've circled in red. What location is that to be plugged into? Do you have the Rigid part number of this system for your truck? Still trying to figure this problem for you. Hope you had a great holiday weekend. Thanks again for using 2CarPros.

Okay, the plug you have circled goes into the existing plug on the truck's passenger side.
