Both high beams have simultaneously stopped working?

This question is for a 2015 CT 200 H. This choice did not appear in the drop-down menu.
Both high beams have simultaneously stopped working.

Well, there are 3 fuses and one relay that powers both high beams. All are in the under-hood relay box on the left side. The relay is the dim relay. It toggles to turn on the high beams. Testing isn't hard. Pull the relay out and use a test light to look for the power feeds. Pins 2 and 3 should be battery voltage with the key off. Now use a short wire to jump between terminal terminals 3 and 5. If the wiring fuses and bulbs are good, they should light. Now to test the actuator signal you can use the test light between terminal 1 and battery positive. Switch low to high and the test light should light on high. If the trigger wire works and the lights came on when you jumped power the relay is bad. If the lights didn't light when you jumped power, then check the 2 fuses for the high beams.
