My passenger side headlight was out (dim light), so I had the bulb replaced. That was not the problem; when you touch the bulb it comes on and off like there is a shortage somewhere. What can be the problem?

Hello, I am Danny.

Usually the cause of that problem is a faulty ground. Check the harness from the bulb connection and follow the black wire to its location. Check for a loose/burnt/corroded connection.
