Head gasket leak

Doesn't overheat all the time but it gurgles when you turn the motor off which sometimes fills the reservoir up. Sometimes when radiator cap is off it will spill a little out if the top if radiator at the temperature between 100 and 210 that's what it does. Idling going down the highway sometimes overheats and then not replaced radiator thermostat twice each time with a cooler thermos then the next flushed cooling system numerous times. New clutch fan but still had a tendency to overheat at times. Please help.

This could be a couple of issues. We need to start with what you suspect the issue is which is testing the head gasket. Here is a guide that will help with this:

Then we need to pressure test the cooling system just to make sure there are no other leaks.

Lastly this could just be a radiator cap so if all this checks out, I would replace the cap and see if it continues.
