Head gasket, cylinders, Bearings, Rings and Pistons replaced as well as block had to be skimmed. New water pump and cam/timing belt replaced. This car is for sale, would it be a good investment to buy knowing everything that has been done on it, or would it be better to stay clear.

Good afternoon.

I see nothing of the main and rod bearings. If they have not been replaced and if there is no warranty, then pass on the car.

Okay, as long as they give you a warranty of at least 1 year, then I would consider it.

You describe what amounts to a rebuild, no difference than a re-manufactured engine. If it was done correctly the engine should be fine for many more miles.
