Gauge problems and radiator

Well my water gauge stays 160 and battery goes up also when I turn off my car the radiator fan keeps on for about ten minutes. I changed coolant temperature sensor and check engine turned off but still gauges go weird and my A/C stared blowing hot air,
But they game me a sensor for a two wheel drive and mines a four.

2wd or 4wd should matter on the sensor. can I ask if the cooling system (radiator) is full? IT sounds like it is overheating. If it is low on coolant here is a guide to help check it:
