For the past few weeks, whenever I start my car and accelerate (5 MPH to 10 MPH) there is a grinding noise (1 second sound) happening under my brake area. I took it into a shop and told me that my front brakes and rotors were a bit worn. So my front was replaced and went to pick it up and the grinding (same as usual) happens again. Though it may be a one time deal but has happened again when I drove a second time.

Here what was done to the car:

Checked brake fluid for contamination and moisture.
Inspect all Hydraulic lines and Hoses. Inspect Calipers and Wheel Cylinders
Inspected master cylinder and cap. Cleaned dirt out and flush fluid out of master cylinder, calipers and wheel cylinders until cleaned.
Add new brake fluid as needed. Road test drive.

So again, after all of this, the grinding, same as it was, is still happening.

This sounds like it could be the engine mounts. To be sure can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response. Here are the instructions to do the brake pads and rotor so you can make sure the job was done correctly. Here is a guide to help you step by step with instructions in the diagrams below to show you how on your car:

Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Here a short clip of the sound itself. Recording on my driver side when I drove from 7 MPH to 13 MPH.

It's hard to tell I don't hear anything out of the ordinary. Can you maybe put the phone closer to the windshield?
