Grinding noise in the rear while driving

When I drive it sounds like a rubbing or grinding sound in the rear.

This vehicle is known for failing hub bearings. I assume you have rear drums so I attached the procedure in case I am correct. However, we need to know if this noise is louder when turning or corning or it is just pretty constant? Does it get louder when you drive faster or is the same no matter how fast you are going?
