2002 Ford Taurus grinding noise

I had water pump alternator and serpentine belt replaced recently. When I start my car it start making a loud grinding sound (that's what it sound like to me) but as it ide and warm up a bit I dies down just a little.I let a person from a mechanic shop listen to then sound (he didn check it out just listened to it ) said it sound like my ac compressor clutch but my ac wont on. Excuse the video it was all I had was seeing if a friend knew what that sound was. Its coming from my passenger side where the serpentine belt is it sound like.

It could be coming from the AC compressor. However, what I recommend is to remove the serp belt and spin all belt driven accessories to see if any are making noise or seem to have play or drag. Do that and let me know what you find.

However, if the noise started after the repairs, I would think the noise if coming from something that was replaced.

Do this and let me know what you find.
