I had someone yesterday put Gorilla glue in my ignition so I could not drive my van. What would remove/dissolve gorilla glue? Or what do you think I should do? I do not have a lot of money since I am not working at the moment.

Gorilla glue is a polyurethane based adhesive, once it is cured it is almost impossible to remove. Most solvents will not even soften it.
Now being it was put into the ignition lock, I doubt anything would ever work to remove it entirely, especially if it was forced into the key passage.

What you can try is to see if you are lucky and can get a sharp small wood chisel to get between the glue and the lock face. Unless they wiped the lock off the dust/dirt on the face would make that the weakest point. It is possible the glue is only over the surface and that would pry it off.

The only other option would be to install a new lock cylinder. That will not be as easy without a functional key but a good locksmith or shop should be able to handle it.
