94 GMC Suburban with 220,000 miles

I have an 94 suburban with a brand new 160 amp alternator and new red top optima battery but when I stop at a light the battery volts drop to 10 to 11 even worse the lights and heat are on what the heck is it HELP

Sounds like you have a problem with your grounds, I would start by checking that.
