2004 GMC Yukon weather stripping failure?

When we purchased the vehicle, the ride was quiet throughout the cabin. Last year (no vehicle accidents) the driver's door window seemed to start "leaking air" around the weather stripping making a very loud whoosing, whistling sound while driving. It is worse when it is windy out. Is there a way I can fix this? Can I take weather stripping normally used for the house and put it around that area? It's annoying to say the least. You have to shout to be heard.
Our Chevy Suburban, the vehicle we had before this one, did the same thing after a couple years of ownership. We took it to the dealership several times for door adjustments and evaluations. The answer they came up with was the ski rack was making the whistling noise. Well perhaps, but the fact that I can HEAR it more now, or can hear traffic sounds while parked when before they were distant white noise isn't due to the ski rack's being there. They offered to take the ski rack off (for a fee of course) and then "see if it still made the noise". No amount of talking could get them to understand it wasn't necessarily the noise that was the issue, it was the fact that we could HEAR the noise at all, when before the ride was quiet.
It's the same thing. Even while parked, if it is windy, the air will whistle through and whoosh and pretty much just drive ya crazy.
Any thoughts about solutions?
Thanks, I'd appreciate it!

So have you check all the doors to see what condition the weather strip is in. Is any of it pulling away from the door or the door frame of the car? Don't forget to check the rear gate door too. Get back to me with what you find.

I checked all the doors and none of the stripping is worn or pulling away from the frame. If one were super, super picky you could say the front doors (both driver and passenger) are smushed down just a little bit, but that's all.

Ok then here is a test that you will need to do to see what door is leaking. Get a spray bottle of soapy water and start the car and put the blower on high and shut the doors. Now spray around the doors one at a time. If a door is leaking then you will see it form bubbles as the air is forced out. Get back to me and we will take it from there.
