THIS MORNING WHEN I GOT INTO THE CAR I PULLED OUT OF THE GARAGE AND NOTICES MY ENGINE LIGHT STATED NO OIL PRESSURE. WHAT COULD THIS BE AND CAN IT BE DONE AT HOME OR DOES IT NEED TO GO TO THE SHOP?

Assuming the oil is full, if you start and stop the engine 3 or 4 times, do you get the same "low oil pressure signal"? If yes, you'll need to remove the oil pressure sending unit, down by the oil filter, and screw in a regular oil pressure needle type gauge and check the pressure. If the "gauge" shows good oil pressure, change the sending unit.
