1994 GMC Yukon wheel lock

Firsts thing in the morning, when I start moving. The right frt wheel locks up, even if I haven't touched the brakes.I step on the brakes & a pop is felt n the body of the truck. Then it will move a couple of feet & then lock up again. Must step on the brake again & pop felt then it is fine all day. Or unless the vehicle sits for a couple of hours.
Both front brake calipers & hoses have been replaced & mastercylinder. Brakes have been bled numerous times.

Does this happen in Reverse? Have CV joints been checked?

No it doesn't happen in rev's only forward. Plus axles are ok. Rings & sensors ok. No codes present.

Call me crazy but are wheel lugs torqued down? Rotor seated on hub?
