Electrical problem
1999 GMC Suburban

My power door locks slowly stopped working. Now when I push the lock button you can see the locks move slightly but they will not lock. You can see them try to lock or unlock but it is like the electric motor is to weak to lock them. They work fine when I use the key, It is just when I push the electric lock button that they do not fully lock or unlock.

Did they die one at time?Or did they all just start moving just slightly at the same time?

It seemed like one would slowly go out and then the next would do the same. Now when I try to use the power locks you can hear them all try to lock/unlock and slightly move but they dont work.

It sound's like your door lock actuator's have just worn out one at time till none of them work anymore. To make sure it's just the actuator's You will have to make sure your getting a good power and ground to each actuator when locking and unlocking them. If you are you will need to replace the actuator's.
