I have a 1992 GMC Sonoma. When it is cold it misses slightly. That's not big problem, but it could be part of it. The real problem arises when the engine has reached normal operating temperature. When I come up to a red light, it will stall out after about 10-15 seconds of rough idle every single time. It will even stall when it is in park after it is warm. The alternator, fuel pump, IAC, air filter, distributor cap, pcv valve, distributor, rotary button, and plug wires have all already been replaced. I also cleaned the throttle body thoroughly and run fuel system cleaner through it to no avail. Whatever is messed up is not tripping any codes. I've already checked everywhere for vacuum leaks.

This same problem happened to my 1992 GMC Sonoma a few months ago. My mechanic replaced a cracked exhaust manifold with no success. Then he replaced the oxygen sensor. And that seemed to fix the problem.

I'll try that then. Did yours have an error code, though?
