1999 GMC Sierra engine problem

My truck will start up fine but when I press the accelerator it shuts off. Sometimes it just hessitates and runs but it shakes and just shuts off. I tried driving it and as I was driving I lost all power and it just shuts off. I used a diognostic tester and changed alll the sensors shown. I drove my truck threw water when it began to start messing up. I did not have wheel wells. Service engine says my truck is runing lean.

Hi, how long since a tune-up? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. What were the actual code numbers? Any sensor code, if there is a problem on the wiring circuit, replacing the sensor won't fix it.
