Dies after starting

I have a 99 gmc sierra 2500 6.0L about 180,000 miles. It was running fine then it died, wait a while and it starts again but dies about 10-30 seconds later what could it be

Is it a crank no start condition when it quits? Start with checking fuel pressure.

Ok, We need to start somewhere, when the truck quits, what does it do when you try to start it, crank over fine and not start, or not crank at all? If it cranks over fine but doesnt start, lets start with getting a fuel pressure reading and we will go from there.
