1995 GMC Sierra Transmission

Recently I noticed my transmission was slipping.I changed my filter and fluid. Now when I drive the truck I notice it act like it does not want to change gears while in drive. If I back off gas pedal then the trans acts like its slipping.1st, 2nd and 3rd seem to work fine. Question any ideas?

Time to overhaul the trans.
