At a tire & service center a differential seal was replaced. They forget to reinstall the drain plug!
while driving after the repair a sudden jolt and crunch sound came from the differential. The van had to be towed back to the service center. After a apologize from the service center, they explained the lubricant leaked out causing a upper bearing to fail. After replacing the bearing they said all is well. I now hear unusal sounds, a high pich whine and a low rumbling sound when de-accelerating. I returned to the service and they assured me all was well.
I would like your opinion on the matter!

Your diff is trashed no lube the bearings seized and they replaced but damage to ring and pinion gears, the whine and also spider gears. My take is they owe you a new pumpkin
