new engine The air conditioning system all works but will not let cool air in. I found a Vacuam line under dash that is loose and it has a yellow stripe on it. I cannot find where it connects to but I think it controls the cooling vent door.

Yes, look for the "mixing doors" and find which one it belongs too, extend the hose as far as it will reach from left or right, and you will find the door in one of those vicinities. If that makes sense.
