1992 GMC Safari Headlight Audible Alarm Stays On

The Headlight Audible Alarm stays on all the time when the headlights are on. When I turn the headlight off, the alarm stops. This problem just began the other day. What are the possible causes.

Finally! Found the answer myself. A trip to the library was needed to find the wiring chart for the electrical system for my car. I was surprised to see it was just a fuse I needed to replace. A 20 amp instrument panel fuse. Who would have guessed that.
Total cost around $3.00 to fix a really agravating problem that drove me crazy. Silence is really golden sometimes.
