My heater is acting up also when I turn the fan to high the service engine light flashes and I hear a click under the hood and the fan wont blow on high only when it wants to what could be the problem there?

My truck starts and when I turn the headlights on it stalls the engine then it doesn't get fuel after that what is wrong with it?
