Still wont start

Well I have the 99 astro van, I replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter, and I still have the at random starting problem. Any help out there?

Had same problem bad coil twice

Try checking your battery terminal connections to make sure they aren't loose or corroded and all the wires in the starting circuit to make sure they aren't loose or broken.
