The temperature gauge barely even gets past the 100 mark. Im not sure what the problem is, it has been this way since the end of last winter. The most it can go is 220, the middle is 200 and the bottom is 100 and thats where it starts off at and never climbs to where its supposed to be at right before the 2nd line. I have also noticed that it doesnt heat as well as it used to im not sure if it has anything to do with the gauge or not. If anyone can help me out please do so. Thanks.

You need to replace your thermostat, most likely. Doe it make good heat? If the thermostat is not the culprit, then its most likely the temp gauge sending unit.
