Out of gas. Now won't start with gas?

My 1991 Pontiac Transport ran out of gas. Yeah, I'm an idiot. I put 2 gallons into the tank and now the car won't start. Is there something special that has to be done on cars with fuel injection if you run out of gas to get them to start?

Press an hold the gas pedal down to the floor an try starting ur car, it works for my car.

Thank you so much for your reply. It turns out that, as I ended up stopped facing an upward slope, the 2 gallons I'd put in the tank were all at the back of the tank and couldn't get to the injectors. An additional 2 gallons did the trick! Now I know a lot more about fuel injectors. And that my car is automatic-priming.
