My car wont start

My car is a 96 monte carlo z34 with a mileage of 154000, and it wont start. It will turn over just wont catch and start. Any suggestions?

Have you checked for the four things that it needs for this to happen fuel, air, spark, and compression. Also if you have been crancking the car a lot you may hve washed the cyclinders down. Which will cause loss of compression. If you have no fire try changing the module in the distribuator. If you have no fuel pressure then you have a bad pump or fuel pump relay or bad ground problem.
