My blazzer wont start

Hi I have a 98 chevy blazzer 4x4 on tuesday it ran fine on wednesday it didnt start hubby took starter off had it check out they siad it spins but dosnt engage so replace starter now the thing still dosnt start the motor turns over but wont start any help would be greatly welcome thanks bonnie :(

Hello: Well if the starter was the only thing replaced I would look there. Some cars have some of the ignition wiring attached to the starter. If it was installed incorrectly or left off that might be your problem. If you just turned engine off, replaced starter, now won't start, thats what I would investigate
