GMC overheating

I have a 1991 GMC Seirra with 162,000 miles. With a 350. I have changed the themosat, and the radiator and my truck still is over heating what can I do.

You might try a compression check.
It sounds like you have a bad head gasket.
Some parts stores and/or dealers have a chemical you can add to the anti-freeze that will change color if exposed to exhaust gases.
