2007 GMC C2500 cool air turning to hot air on driver side

My A/c on the driver side will turn to hot air sometimes while driving. When I turn off the truck and restart it will be fine. The passenger side is always cool.

You double posted your comment, but now I have another idea, I believe you have a bad actuator underneath the dash that is causing one of the vent doors to stay open, bringing in the outside air.
