This code means ICM Ignition Control Circuit High Imput. This code seems to plague many chevy owners - especialy 1997 chevys. It could a bad ignition control module (ICM) - A ICM control circiut wire is shorting out - A bad or failing Power Control Module (PCM). I have even seen a loose fuel pump connection or a failing fuel pump send this code.
Is the engine running ok? Have you done any work to the fuel pump or gas tank lately?
This problem could also be a bad spark plug wire - cap - or rotor. If you change any ignition part especialy the plugs - plug wires - cap -rotor, Make sure you use A/C DELCO parts ONLY! If you don't you'll be sorry.

I suggest starting with the ignition control module. No spark is a classic case of this failure. However don't just replace it, test it or have it tested at autozone or a place like that. They will do this for free. Keep me posted.
