Start with the cover closed and remove the four screws that hold the frame to the lower dash. Next open the compartment and remove the two screws at the top. Remove the connector to the switch and pull the box and frame out as a unit.

You are welcome. If you run into problems just ask. Why are you pulling the box out? Trying to get to a heat actuator or?

I can only locate three of the four screws that hold the bottom of the door to the dash frame. (Also the two at the top) Would I have to remove the right kick panel to find the other screw?
The drawings sent with your reply also indicate four screws but I can only locate three.

Been a while since Ive done one seems like there were three under the door and the 4th was to the left side. But it's possible that only three made it in. If you remove them and it comes free then 3 was it. If it hangs up then start hunting the 4th.
