1997 Geo Prizm wont start

My car wont start it had just cut off so we tried putting a new fuel pump and filter on because it sound like the car wasn't gettingg any fuel but that didnt work. So we tried a rotor button because it was burned out and a new distributor and that didnt work. Now we have taken the computer to put another one on would this make it work or do someone know what could be wrong?

Check the fuel pressure with a mechanical gauge.

I believe that there is a port on the diagnostic connector that will power the pump bypassing the relay. Terminal "G" IIRC.
If you have no pressure, it is more than likely a FP relay.
