1997 Geo Metro wont stay running

Replaced fuel pump, filter it ran fine for few days thenn started stalling out while on hwy then would start up. A day later wouldnt start sprayed starting fluid and it started and ran for little while. Now wont start without starting fluid and dies quickly after but not right away.

I had the same problem and it was the fuel injector wire harness. There was actually a recall on that part, but you cant find it anymore. I wiggled mine around until I got the correct ohm reading listed in the haynes manual. Sounds like it could be the same problem. Good luck
