It is possible; however, I would start with wheels and tires as I suspect that is what you are dealing with.
By far more vibration like this are due to worn wheels and tires.

I would suggest with starting with rotating the tires and see if the vibration is better. If the tires are already worn, then you need to replace them and make sure you keep them rotated.
