P0846 – Transmission fluid pressure (TFP) sensor / switch B -range/ performance problem

The vehicle actually does not has power at all. I can also detect a fluid leakage from the gearbox. I wanted to know what can be done to repair.
Now worst case scenario, I do not have Renault Fluence gearbox in my country. But visually, the Renault H4M engine gearbox is same as the Nissan HR15DE engine gearbox. The Nissan HR15DE engine is found mostly on Nissan Tiida. I wanted to know if they can be interchanged without electronic issue?

From what I can find the H4M and the HR16DE (not the HR15DE) are the same engine developed by Nissan and Renault. The HR15 is a smaller displacement engine built using the same design.
The transmission is a version of the Nissan made Xtronic CVT. That same base unit is used in a variety of vehicles but the programming is different in the control units and some versions have internal updates.
None of the interchange information I have covers the makes/models you have listed so giving and exact "Yes it will work" isn't possible. What I would do is look on the trans you have and find the model and build numbers and then look at the ones you feel are likely interchanges. If the numbers are the same they should work with minimal issues.
Sorry I can't give a definite answer.
