I have the truck listed above it has been sitting for a couple months. Battery was dead had to jump start it. As we were trying to jump start it gauges would go up sometimes but once we got it started rpm's and speedometer are the only gauges that work. Can't see if I'm in park or drive. Battery light is on along with ABS and engine. Scanner won't connect. Some light doesn't work, no ding from the key, windows don't work and now won't lock. Dash lights do work and radio works and the truck runs fine.

Before you go much further, you need to go through and check all fuses. I suspect you have a couple fuses that are blown causing this issue.

If there are no fuses blown causing this then we will need to start suspecting the cluster itself is the issue. However, before we get there we will need to do some testing.

Let's start with the fuses and move on from there because I think you will find some issues with these.

We disconnected the battery and made sure all fuses were in all the way. Reconnected the battery and everything works. I'm guessing it needed to be reset after jumping it.
